Who are Our Clients?
We welcome clients from a variety of areas to receive top quality, customized health services from our interdisciplinary team at the BodyMend Wellness Clinic. Referrals are not necessary to access our services.
We commonly see clients from the following:
- WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board)
- MVA (Motor Vehicle Accidents)
- EH (Extended Health)
For Your Convenience
At the BodyMend Wellness Clinic, we value your time and health. Direct billing to your insurance company will be done when possible. Otherwise, we are happy to offer a variety of payment methods to you as our client.

For Our New Clients
In order to provide you with the best care possible, our practitioners will take a record of your health history during your first visit with us. To get the most out of your scheduled appointment time, we suggest you either complete the necessary forms ahead of time, or arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill them out.
Fill out the “Clinic Forms” form to your right to download your forms ahead of time. We have provided these forms for you to fill out at your convenience before your appointment. Please print them, fill them out, and bring them with you to your appointment.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
As part of our commitment to providing quality service to our clients, the BodyMend staff will call you the day before your appointment to remind you.
Please note that the time of your treatment is reserved for you. If you are unable to keep this appointment kindly notify us 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate changes in scheduling.
Missed appointments take away the opportunity to provide services to other clients needing them. Please note that missed appointments will be charged a fee of $25.00.
