February Event: Using Exercise Balls and Bands

Exercise balls and bands are a great addition to any exercise program. Whether you’re just starting out, recovering from injury, or challenging yourself, these multi-purpose tools can help.

Join us for a free, interactive event this month. Our Active Care Specialist will teach you the benefits of incorporating exercise balls and bands into your exercise program. Then, you’ll learn the basics of this equipment and some techniques for using it. Come try it out!
