March Event: Promoting Pain-Free Posture

Do you work in an office? Are you at a desk all day?

Over time, office workers can develop pain in the neck, shoulder, low back, or wrists. This may be due to bad posture or simply from sitting in the same position all day.

Join us for a free, interactive workshop this month where our Active Care Specialist will be teaching some simple stretches for the office worker. Learn the basics, try them out for yourself, and improve your wellness at work!
